Biography of Mr. Ali Hamdam, Senior Specialist of Reporting and Communication of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) and Focal Point to AOP (Administrative Office of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan)

Ali Hamdam, the son of Mohammad Ismail, was born in1989 in a religious and intellectual family in Sirqul village of Jaghori district of Ghazni province.

He studied elementary school in Sultan Mahmoud Ghaznavi High School, and Completed his FSc (12th Grade) in Noor Jaghori High School and entered the Faculty of Social Sciences of Kabul University in 2009 after passing the entrance exam in the winter of 2008. Mr. Hamdam obtained his bachelor's degree in Social Science in 2012 from Kabul University.

After obtaining His bachelor's Degree, with his ability, in 2012 succeeded in being hired in the Secretariat of the Parliament of Afghanistan. During the three years he served there, he was able to provide valuable services to the Administration of the Parliament and the People of Afghanistan.

In addition to his official duties, Mr. Hamdam, always tried to be useful to the people and youth of his country and managed several social movements for the betterment of his people and audience.

Mr. Hamdam was appointed as a (Young Professional Consultant) in the Office of the Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in August 2016 to achieve his career success and higher goals. Due to his efforts and hard work, he was able to cooperate with a number of young professionals to establish a Reporting Unit under the supervision of the H.E Minister of MAIL (Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock) of the Country and Now Serving as a Focal Point of the Ministry to the Administrative Office of the President of Afghanistan along with his Current duty.

He has been working for the Ministry of Agriculture for five years as a Senior Specialist of Reporting and Communications for the Ministry of Agriculture in the reporting unit of this ministry and Focal Point of the Ministry to the Administrative Office of the President of Afghanistan.

During this period, he has been praised and appreciated several times by the leadership of this ministry Specially Ministers of MAIL for his worthy and tireless initiatives and services in the Administrative Section of Agriculture Sector of the Afghanistan.

Mr. Ali Hamdam has a complete command of National Languages as well as English.
