Mushroom Cultivation Project Launched in Kabul for 100 Women

Kabul Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Department said that they have launched a Project to cultivate Mushroom for returnee women to the country.
Omar jan Mangal Head of Kabul's Agriculture Department said, that the Project was funded by the (GIZ).
He added that this Project is funded and implemented in 13th district of Kabul during quarantine days. According to his Speech,they have distributed Necessary tools and mushroom Seeds for 100 needy and Poor women.
He said that, these women were provided with tools and Seeds in order to cultivate and process edible Plant.
Meanwhile, these women were trained on how to cultivate and process mushroom.
Each of these women who benefited from the project can offer 60 Kilograms of mushroom per month.
