وزارت زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری، از ۲۲۰ تن از کارمندان خود به منظور فرستادن ۲۷ تن از این کارمند برای ماستری در جاپان، امتحان گرفت.
در این امتحان، کارمندان وزارت از مرکز و ولایات حضور داشتند. این کارمندان فارغان رشتههای زراعت، کمیپوتر ساینس و انجنیری هستند. قرار است از میان آنان، ۲۷ نفر برای آموزش دورهی ماستری به جاپان اعزام شوند.
