200 Contracts Signed Between Livestock Holders & Balkh Dairy Association

Balkh Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock Directorate said that 200 contracts were signed between livestock holders and Balkh Dairy Association in the province.
The directorate added that based on the contracts, 200 women from Dehdadi district will sell 1,905 liters of milk to Balkh Dairy Association at a price of 41,920 AFN on daily basis.
The contracts were signed with the support of the Support for National Priority Program 2 (SnPP2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock (MAIL).
The aim of signing these contracts is marketing to sell livestock holders’ products, increase job opportunities and raise the income of rural livestock keepers.
