640 Employees of the Ministry of Agriculture trained

Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock trained 640 employees of the Ministry on Latter writing, planning, reporting, conducting regulations, Civil service regulations, implementing the bill of duties and the role of the performance appraisal process.
The training program was organized by the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock for Civil Service Employees of Parwan, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Takhar and Badakhshan Provinces.
This program was held in accordance with the previous needs assessment in the Departments of Agriculture in 34 provinces and determining the results and training needs of employees.
It is worth mentioning that the Human Resources Capacity Building Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock has introduced a number of central and provincial employees of the Ministry of Agriculture in domestic and foreign scholarships and fellowship this year for upgrading the capacity.
