Regiment harvest in Badakhshan reached more than 35 Tons

Officials of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Department of Badakhshan province say that this year the harvest of Regiment in this province has been close to 35 Tons.
Sayed Moinuddin Aini, Badakhshan's Director of Agriculture, said that Regiment was more wild and Natural in the province.
He stated that the Ministry of Agriculture was also involved in expanding Regiment's areas, and last year planted and irrigated about 259 Hectares of land in the Dream and Tishkan Regiment districts.
Regiment is a Medicinal plant that grows wild in most high mountainous districts of Badakhshan and no detailed survey has been conducted on wild regiment areas in the province.
