ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت لغمان، به همکاری موسسه DCA، در ولسوالی دولت شاه، برای صد تَن مالدار دو هزار 550 افغانی پول نقد به منظور خریدار خوراکه حیوانی توزیع شده است.
این برنامه در ولسوالیهای فراشغان، بادپش، کمپ بابا صاحب و بدیع الآباد نیز تطبیق میگردد، هدف از این برنامه کمک و تقویت مالداران و پیدا نمودن مارکیت برای محصولات حیوانی بوده است.
