ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری و لایت دایکندی کار ترمیم جاده فیضمحمدکاتب را در بازار کهنه شهر نیلی آغاز نمود. این کار در چارچوب برنامه کار در مقابل غذا صورت میگیرید.
طول این جاده به ۴ کیلومتر میرسد و روزانه ۲۵ کارگر در آن کار مینمایند. برای هر یک از کارگران این جاده مقدار ۸ تا ۱۰ کیلوگرام گندم توزیع میگردد.
