مولوی روح الله روحانی رئیس زراعت آبیاری و مالداری ولایت کاپیسا طی سفری به ولسوالی نجراب این ولایت سرک مناطق غچلان و شیخان دره غوث را افتتاح کرد.
این سرک به طول ۷ کیلومتر و عرض ۶ متر ساخته شده و چندین روستا را به مرکز وصل می سازد.
این سرک در چوکات پروگرام کار در مقابل غذا از سوی ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت کاپیسا ساخته شدهاست.
