Provincial Agriculture Directorates function’s evaluation

Abdul Hadi Rafiyi, deputy minister of finance and administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL), said,” Functions of agriculture directorates in 34 provinces have been evaluated.
Mr. Rafiyi added that these assessments were made in order-to spend the budget, administrative reforms and level of implementation of projects in the province.
He added that these evaluation paid attention to spending of two-year budget of agricultural directorates in the provinces as well as organizational system of these departments.
In this evaluation, the directorates of agriculture in the provinces are categorized into three categories good, medium and poor in terms of function
