امسال ساحات تحت کشت کچالو در پنجشیر، به یکهزار هکتار زمین میرسد و بیشترین مزارع کچالوی پنجشیر در ولسوالی]ای دره و آبشار قرار دارد. کچالوی پنجشیر، از کیفیت خوبی برخوردار است.
