۱۸ دلو ۱۴۰۳ هـ.ش
ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت تخار ۷ باب سبزخانه را در ولسوالی کلفگان احداث و به بهرهبرداری سپرد.
این سبزخانهها که هر یک ۱۳۲ متر مربع مساحت دارند، به هدف تولید سبزیجات غیر فصلی، ایجاد تنوع غذایی و تأمین معیشت پایدار برای دهاقین واجد شرایط ساخته شدهاند.
مراسم افتتاح این سبزخانهها با حضور هیئت موظف ریاست زراعت تخار برگزار شد و بهصورت رسمی مورد بهرهبرداری قرار گرفت.
