ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت بغلان، اعلام کرده که هشت تن از کارمندان بخش ترویج در ولسوالیهای پلخمری، بغلان مرکزی، دوشی و تاله و برفک، در یک برنامهی آموزشی چگونگی پروسس معیاری شالی را یاد گرفتهاند.
هدف اصلی از این برنامهی آموزشی، آشنایی کارمندان ترویج با تغییراتی که در شالی پس از بخار دادن و بریان کردن به وجود میآید، بوده است. به این کارمندان هشت عدد دیگ و شالی نیز توزیع شده است.
