ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت بلخ در همکاری موسسه هماهنگی کمکهای بشردوستانه و موسسه کمک به گرسنگی جهانی برای ۷۳۵ نفر مالدار و مرغدار پول نقد و خوراکه حیوانی توزیع کرد.
این کمک در همکاری موسسه هماهنگی کمکهای بشردوستانه و موسسه کمک به گرسنگی جهانی فراهم شده بود و برای هر یک از ۳۵ نفر مرغدار مبلغ ۶۴۰۰ افغانی پول و برای هر یک از ۷۰۰ نفر مالدار ۲۰۰ کیلوگرام خوراکه حیوانی توزیع گردید.
