کمپاین نهالشانی در ولایت بلخ به حضور داشت معاون مقام ولایت، روئسای ادارات زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری، شاروالی مزار، حفاظت از محیط زیست، پوهنتون بلخ و سایر مسوولان دولتی در محوطه پوهنتون بلخ تحت شعار شکوفایی آغاز گردید.
این کمپاین با شعار نهال شگوفایی کشور با اشتراک ادارات محلی ولایت بلخ برگزار شده بود.
