مسوولان ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت بلخ در ولسوالی چهاربولک ولایت بلخ میگویند که از جریان پیشرفت کار کانال آبیاری و راش گردان در قریه سبزیکار و مرکز ولسوالی نظارت نموده اند.
این دو پروژه از سوی دفتر(CHA) با حمایت مالی سازمان خوراک و زراعت ملل تطبیق میگردد و کانال آبیاری آن بصورت پخته و اساسی اعمار میشود.
