مولوی رحیم الله احدی رئیس زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت تخار در رأس یک هئیت که آمر قضایای امارت نیز ایشان را همراهی مینمود با مولوي امان الله حسن رئیس زراعت ولایت کندز دیدار نمودند.
این دیدار به منظور حل و فصل منازعات مرزی ولسوالیهای دشت ارچی و خواجه غار صورت گرفت تا در آینده مشکل اجتماعی پیش نیاید.
در این دیدار دو طرف در مورد رفع مشکلات سرحدی صحبت نموده و تعهد همکاری دادند.
