The two above shortlisted consultants as per their official email, they withdrawn and have not submitted their proposal.
This is to notify that, according to item two based of clause 43 Afghanistan procurement law Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) intend to award the contract for “Hiring of Consultant (firm) for Feasibility, Study of I- Dairy Industry Development, II- Fishery Development Program and III- Small Ruminant Development Program in all provinces of Afghanistan” Ref No. RE-MAIL/PD/ICB/QCBS112/99 at a total amount of AFN 34,595,000 (Thirty-four million, five hundred ninety-five thousand AFN) including all taxes to Center for Resource Development Studies Ltd in Associated with Arec Afgan Engineering Consulting as sub consultancy.
The ground for complaints is open, starting from date of announcement of this intention for award and will close within seven calendar days. Protest shall not be accepted beyond the deadline. Protest must be addressed in writing according to clause of 50th Afghanistan procurement law to procurement directorate Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL).
This notice does not constitute a contract, until deadline completion stipulated herein and completion of further processes.
