Affected farmers to receive 676 Tons of wheat in Nimroz

The Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Nimroz Province has announced that it has started distributing 676.2 metric tons of wheat donated by  Government of India to farmers affected by the outbreak of plant pests in Zaranj, the provincial capital.
This Aid is distributed to the affected peasants according to the presidential decree. According to the decree, 1,000 metric tons of wheat, including aid from the Indian government, will be distributed to farmers affected by drought and plant pests from the Ministry of Agriculture's central Silo warehouses. One hundred kilograms of wheat is distributed to each farmer.
