Ghafoori Meets with Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Czech on bilateral cooperation

Bilateral meeting was held between Hashmatullah Ghafoori, deputy minister of irrigation and natural resources of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL), and Jiri Shir, deputy minister of agriculture of the Czech Republic on bilateral cooperation in investing in agricultural sectors between two countries in Prague city the capital of Czech Republic.
The meeting focused on cooperation between Afghanistan and Czech Republic in terms of investment in agricultural sector, trade in agricultural products between the two countries, holding exhibitions of agricultural products and cooperation in soil studies and water and forest management.
The two sides also agreed to draft a co-operation document between the two countries in up- coming months, which will be pursued through diplomatic channels.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic promised to the Deputy Minister of agriculture of Afghanistan to share his country's experiences in agriculture with Afghanistan.
