مسوولان ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت دایکندی، بهمنظور جلوگیری از امراض و آفات نباتی و حیوانی، برای زارعین و مالداران آموزش وقایه و تداوی حیوانات و کنترول امراض آفات نباتی و طرز استفاده ادویهجات آموزش مسلکی را راه اندازی نموده است.
راه اندازی این برنامه آموزشی در قریهجات ولسوالی گجران و کیتی این ولایت صورت گرفته است.
