16 Saffron Demonstration Units to be built in Logar

Saratan 20: July 11, 2019 Logar Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock Directorate has announced that with the distribution of 2,500 kilograms of saffron bulbs, 16 saffron demonstration units will be built in the province. The saffron bulbs have been distributed to 16 families and each of the family is supposed to build saffron demonstration units on 300 square meters of land. These saffron bulbs were distributed in Mohammad Agha and Khoshe districts of Logar by the National Horticulture and Livestock Program (NHLP) of the Ministry of Agriculture in order to grow household economy and promote saffron cultivation in the country.
