Balkh & Samangan Beekeepers Receive 500 Beehives

The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock (MAIL) through National Horticulture and Livestock Program (NHLP) has begun the distribution process of beehives and beekeeping packages for beekeeping associations of Balkh and Samangan provinces.
Agriculture Minister Nasir Ahmad Durrani, leading a delegation to Balkh province, accompanied by Mohammad Usman Safi, NHLP Director, inaugurated the distribution process of beehives and beekeeping packages for 100 beekeepers of Samangan and Balkh provinces.
Through the program, in the first phase 60 beekeepers of Balkh province and 40 beekeepers of Samangan province will receive beehives and beekeeping packages.
